Wow just wow, from booking to work completed, nothing was a problem, what we anticipated to be a complete replacement (based on another service provider last year) turned out to be a standard service and some consumables.

A Big THANK YOU to the team from ATS Assist Trade Services. I rang April Eaton in some desperation first thing in the morning after our hot water cylinder had leaked all over during the night. I discovered a minor leak in a pipe adjoining hot water cylinder. Contacted ATS about 2pm. Made an appointment for 2 days time. Shortly after received call that help would now be there that day. By about 3.30 plumber arrived and job was completed in 1.5 hours. Have used this company several times. They are always quick to attend, very professional, and have all the spare parts and equipment needed. Office staff and workmen are super helpful, polite and are highly recommended. *****😊👍.

Good experience with them fixing a Braemar gas heating unit. Good comms, came when they said they would, reasonable price
