I have a small commercial unit in Albany. The plastic clear-light roofing had failed. Scott Young, went to site, climbed onto the roof, took photos, gave a professional quote with photos of the areas that needed to be attended to. They turned up at 6.15am to Hiab the sheets onto the roof, this made sure there was no impediment to my tenant that started at 7.30am. Professionals service and a quality job. After the job I was given an invoice that was not itemised but seemed very high for the work done. When I asked for an itemised invoice, it showed that I had been charged for an extra 1.5 hours of work (even when taking into account travel time). On top of this, I was also charged a “zone fee” for them to come to my area, which was essentially charging me for their travel time AGAIN. When I pointed this out they said they stood by their “zone fee” policy and gave no explanation for the extra 90 minutes billed, but offered to give me a 10% discount. They STILL have not actually given me this discount despite the invoice being paid weeks ago!! Even then, this discount did not come close to covering the non-existent costs that they had decided to slap on my bill. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and go elsewhere.

I discovered a minor leak in a pipe adjoining hot water cylinder. Contacted ATS about 2pm. Made an appointment for 2 days time. Shortly after received call that help would now be there that day. By about 3.30 plumber arrived and job was completed in 1.5 hours. Have used this company several times. They are always quick to attend, very professional, and have all the spare parts and equipment needed. Office staff and workmen are super helpful, polite and are highly recommended. *****😊👍.

After the job I was given an invoice that was not itemised but seemed very high for the work done. When I asked for an itemised invoice, it showed that I had been charged for an extra 1.5 hours of work (even when taking into account travel time). On top of this, I was also charged a “zone fee” for them to come to my area, which was essentially charging me for their travel time AGAIN. When I pointed this out they said they stood by their “zone fee” policy and gave no explanation for the extra 90 minutes billed, but offered to give me a 10% discount. They STILL have not actually given me this discount despite the invoice being paid weeks ago!! Even then, this discount did not come close to covering the non-existent costs that they had decided to slap on my bill. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and go elsewhere.
